Prices exclude VAT, land, utility connections and design work. These are indicative figures based on our completed projects; the final amount will be determined by the project budget.

What most affects the price

• Basic conditions - a sloping plot, clay soils or high groundwater levels can add hundreds of thousands of Kč.
• House and roof shape - a simple rectangle with a gable roof is cheaper to build than complex floor plans with dormer windows.
• Standard equipment - The price difference between standard and higher standard typically amounts to 8,000-12,000 Kč per m².
• Heating technology - A heat pump with underfloor heating represents a higher investment than a gas condensing boiler, but is cheaper to operate.
• Site availability - limited access or site equipment in built-up areas increases the cost of work.

How a budget is prepared

Send us the project documentation (a study or documentation for building permit is sufficient). Within two weeks you will receive an itemised budget with a clearly defined scope, what is included in the price, what is not, and where optional items are located. The budget is free of charge and does not bind you to proceed with the work.

We keep prices fixed in the works contract; they can only be changed by approved change orders if you request a project adjustment yourself.
