What you ask about
A turnkey masonry house is typically built within 9-14 months from the handover of the construction site, depending on the size and complexity of the project. The rough construction phase takes 4-6 months. The schedule is part of the contract.
Approximately from 42 000 Kč/m² of floor area for a turnkey house and from 21 000 Kč/m² for a shell building. The final price depends on the project, the plot and the equipment standard. We build masonry houses using brick blocks (Porotherm and similar systems) or aerated concrete (Ytong), according to the project and your preferences. We do not offer timber-frame construction.
We can take over a completed project or recommend proven designers with whom we have long-term cooperation. We will assist with obtaining permits as part of the construction preparation.
In stages according to the approved schedule. You always pay for completed and inspected work. We do not request high advance deposits.
Yes, we also carry out shell construction independently, handing over an enclosed house with a roof and window/door openings, ready for installations and finishing works.
